Our Story

Sarah has loved animals her whole life - she grew up loving and having all kinds, riding and training horses in the summers, and has owned and passionately grown this doodle program since 2019. She is a proud science nerd and was a chemistry major in college, so she has always loved genetics and health testing. She raises her puppies in her home in Peoria, where she has her twin daughters and her 3 dogs: Bjørn the rescue husky/shephard, Elsa her foundation goldendoodle (now retired but has her beloved lines all over our program, even now including 4th generation), and Linnea the poodle who is currently part of the breeding program and we are extending her beloved lines through all our program as well. Her goal is to be an ethical, transparent, and responsible doodle breeder in Arizona.

Our purpose as a doodle breeder in Arizona is to help match a person/family with a puppy that is healthy and genetically diverse, has extremely sound and loving temperament made for family city and suburban life, has a low shed coat and sound structure.

We understand and respect that different dog breeds were developed for different purposes and jobs, each with its own standard. Our mission is to intentionally breed doodles for a purpose. We see a need for a dog breed that fits a city and suburban lifestyle for families that are in apartments, condos, and households that want a dog as a companion and an adventure buddy, a dog that is low shed for people that have mild allergies and don’t want to have dog fur all around the house, and temperaments that can thrive in family settings, especially around young kids. Our mission includes fully health testing with all the health standards of the foundation breeds involved (DNA testing through Embark and Paw Print genetics, OFA, and Pennhip). We also prioritize diversity in pairings to keep our COIs (coefficient of inbreeding) low. We believe in structurally sound doodles with correct structure and blocky heads. We prioritize temperaments with high human focus, intelligence, low-medium energy, sweetness and the ability to learn calm.
